Residents in the Wellington suburb of Houghton Bay could be without water into the early hours of the morning following a burst pipe.
Wellington Water says crews are working on a fixing the problem, but properties on View Road, Twomey Grove and Hungerford Road could lose their water service.
It was a complex repair and the crew will be working on it late into the evening and early hours of tomorrow morning, Wellington Water said.
