Bad weather has prevented a search for a diver missing off the coast of Patea, Taranaki.
Police said the diver was reported missing from a ship shortly after 1.30pm on Sunday.
The search was set to resume Monday morning, but a police spokesperson said bad weather had prevented it from getting back underway.
Members of the public who had information that could assist with the search were asked to call 105 and reference event number P058052168.
