A car fire causing delays on Auckland's highways to the airport has now been cleared.
The incident had caused congestion on both SH20A and Puhinui Road.
Two fire trucks attended and there was no injuries.
In a statement, police said the fire was reported shortly before 6am.
"Police would like to advise that a section of George Bolt Memorial Drive, which was closed earlier due to a vehicle fire, has now reopened."
