A person has died in a crash in Wānaka.
Police said the crash, involving two vehicles, happened at the intersection of State Highway 84 and Anderson Road about 3.50pm Saturday.
"Sadly, one person died at the scene.
"The Serious Crash Unit has examined the scene and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing."
Police asked anyone who might have witnessed the crash, or who had dashcam footage, to get in touch via the 105 service, quoting the event number P059269528.
