One person has died after an incident involving an all-terrain vehicle in north Canterbury.
Police said emergency services were called to a property in the Omihi area, north of Amberley, just before noon on Monday.
Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the person died at the scene.
WorkSafe had been notified and the Serious Crash Unit also attended.
