The cyclist killed in a crash with a vehicle Sunday was an 84-year-old Napier man.
Police identified Joseph Kelly of Napier as the victim in the Sunday morning accident.
Kelly died in hospital Wednesday morning, police said.
Police would like to hear from any witnesses or anyone who might have dashcam footage.
