One person is dead following an incident in Auckland's Mt Wellington on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency services are at the scene on Tomuri Place - including police and two ambulances.
Police said a male was pronounced dead at the scene.

A "person of interest" was being spoken to by police, a police spokesperson confirmed and cordons were in place while the investigation began.

A spokesperson for St John said paramedics were called to the scene about 1.30pm and sent two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and one manager.
Two people also reportedly had moderate injuries.
