An Auckland woman has been arrested as police shut down a social media operation selling restricted weapons.
Officers were investigating tasers and pepper spray being sold on Facebook, and yesterday searched a property in Blockhouse Bay.
They found 27 stun guns, almost 30 canisters of pepper spray, knives, and nearly two kilograms of cannabis.
They said a 28-year old woman was arrested at the scene and will appear in court later today.
She is facing a representative charge of possessing a restricted weapon, as well as possession of cannabis for supply.
