- Nine properties have been yellow-stickered and 26 white-stickered
- All cordons have now been lifted and roads opened - although a part of Old Waipu Road remains under traffic management
- All but five homes have been reconnected to the electricity network in Mangawhai, Northpower says
As of Monday evening 35 properties in Mangawhai have been yellow or white-stickered.
Kaipara Civil Defence Emergency Management local duty controller Jack Rudolph said to date, building inspectors have completed 90 rapid building assessments of damage to properties.
Nine had been issued yellow stickers and 26 white stickers.
No red stickers had been issued.
All cordons had now been lifted and roads opened. Some traffic management did, however, remain along Old Waipu Road, Rudolph said.
Northpower said it had managed to reconnect all but five homes to its network in Mangawhai.
More than 140 homes were without electricity earlier today as Northpower crews worked to restore the network.
"We've managed to restore most of the network apart from one road crossing on Old Waipu Road which supplies five customers," chief operating officer Michael Gibbs said.
He said tonight teams were going through and checking the property connections were safe before livening them.
"We expect a large portion of those to be online this evening, but some may need to be carried out first thing in the morning."
