The Green Party has released the executive summary of the investigation into MP Darleen Tana.
RNZ obtained a copy of this report earlier this month, which found Tana "likely" knew about allegations of worker exploitation at her husband's business and did not disclose them to her party.
Greens co-leader Chloe Swarbrick said the summary makes it clear Tana failed to meet the standards they expect of Green MPs and in Parliament.
Swarbrick said her staying on as an MP risks undermining the credibility of Parliament and called again for Tana's resignation.
