The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade and Trade & Enterprise are looking for someone to set up a demonstration sheep breeding farm and agribusiness hub in Saudi Arabia.
MFAT is prepared to provide funding of $6 million to get the farm and hub operational and want it to showcase New Zealand's agribusiness expertise.
The successful applicant, or consortium, will need to have proven industry knowledge and networks and successful offshore agribusiness relationships, preferably in the Middle East.
