The Wellington Phoenix fly to Sydney this afternoon ahead of their major A-League football semi-final on Saturday, but for most of the players the kick-off can't come soon enough.
After two 120 minute games in a row the Phoenix coach Ricki Herbert has prescribed the side lighter trainings and plenty of down town time heading into the weekend clash.
Herbert says the more relaxed build-up hasn't affected the players' competitiveness and side is raring to go.
Herbert has made just one change to the 16-man team which beat Newcastle last weekend, with defender Jon McKain coming back into the squad at the expense of Costa Barbarouses.
