Frozé

Ingredients

  • bottle of rosé
  • strawberries

Method

  1. Pour half the bottle into a bowl and half into an ice cube tray.

  2. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours. (It's not going to freeze completely because of the alcohol but it'll mostly freeze.)

  3. Take out of the freezer.

  4. Get a fork and mash up the ice in the bowl.

  5. Spoon into wine glasses.

  6. Top with the frozen ice cubes of rosé, then add a little bit of extra wine if you need.

  7. Garnish with a strawberry.

Notes

Drink it quickly as it'll melt pretty fast in the heat.
