Grilled stone fruit with Crème Fraiche, Amaretto and marshmallows

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • 4 apricots, sliced
  • 2 plums, sliced
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 250gm Crème Fraiche
  • 3 tablespoons Amaretto
  • zest and juice of an orange
  • 12-16 marshmallows

Method

  1. Place fruit in container suitable to bake (could be disposable aluminum).

  2. Mix cane sugar, Crème Fraiche, Amaretto, orange zest and juice in a bowl and pour over fruit.

  3. Place marshmallows on top and grill indirect until marshmallows start to caramelize (approx 20 minutes).
