A milk tanker has rolled on an off-ramp of State Highway 1 near Taupiri, blocking the road.

Police said the tanker rolled about 2.30am on the southbound off-ramp.
No injuries have been reported.
Emergency services were the scene and the road was closed while the tanker was being moved.
Motorists were asked avoid the area or follow diversion signs.
