A body has been found in the West Auckland suburb of Henderson this afternoon.
Police say they were alerted at about 12.40pm Sunday, when a person was located deceased on Bittern Place in the Riverpark Reserve.
They are treating the death as unexplained and said enquiries are ongoing.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted in coming days, police said.
