Aged Mahoe Gouda Fondue

Ingredients

  • 100g mahoe gouda grated
  • 300ml whole milk
  • 5g Xantham gum

Method

Bring the milk to the boil. Put the gouda and the milk into a blender and blend until smooth. With the machine still running add the xantham gum. Keep warm.
