Chai Tea
Method
4 tsp of Chai tea (brewed for 2 minutes) in 300mls of freshly boiled water.
Remove tea leaves.
Add tea and 300mls vanilla soy milk to saucepan.
Brew these ingredients slowly over low heat, make sure it doesn't boil, to avoid a scalded milk taste.
Add a bit honey and chilli (optional) to taste!
