Honey roasted parsnips

Ingredients
- 5kg wedged parsnip
- 1 leek washed and roughly chopped
- 2 ml honey
- 2 ml vege oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
Mix the oil and honey in a food processor, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the oil over parsnip and roast in the oven, 200 degrees 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally. (Parsnips should be crunchy.)
