Kim's LSA Bar for Restless Legs

Ingredients

Adjust ingredients and quantities to suit your tastes.

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup LSA (linseed, sunflower seed and almonds; buy ready-ground or grind your own)
  • 1 cup ground nuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • half cup melted honey
  • half cup water
  • pinch of salt

Method

Heat oven to 180C.

Mix ingredients together. Grease a shallow baking dish big enough to hold the mixture. Put ingredients into dish and leave for a while, to set.

Bake until done (golden brown and hardened). Cut into bars.

NB: This may, or may not, assist in alleviating the 'restless leg' syndrome.
