Monica's Sprouted Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 180g wholegrain oats
- 40g buckwheat sprouted
- 20g quinoa sprouted
- 40g pumpkin seeds sprouted
- 10g chia seeds
- 40ml maple syrup
- 1 grated apple
- 2 tsp vanilla paste
- 400ml milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 80g chopped almonds
- 40g chopped dates
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ orange zest
- salt to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight
To serve top with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit.
