Orange and Ginger Sauce
(Serve with corned beef)
Ingredients
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
Method
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring gently to the boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve hot.
