Salted Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 pitted dates
- 1½ cups of whole milk
- 1 dessert spoon of peanut butter (either smooth or super crunchy)
- dash of vanilla extractÂ
- a couple of ice cubes
- small sprinkling of sea salt
Method
Blend all ingredients (including the ice cubes) and pour into glasses.
