Pizza dough
Ingredients
- 1+1/2 cup of warm water
 - 2 tsp dried yeast
 - 1 pinch sugar
 - 4 cups flour
 - ¼ cup canola oil
 
Method
Place the water, yeast and sugar into a ‘well’ in the centre of the flour until the yeast begins to react and bubble.
Knead in the flour and continue to knead for a further 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and springy.
Cover with oiled plastic wrap and proof in a warm place for an hour.
Knock back with your hand and knead for a further 10 minutes.
The dough is now ready for use.
