Ingredients
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups white sugar
Method
Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the syrup to the boil then remove from the heat. Store the syrup in a sterilised bottle in the refrigerator until ready to use. It keeps for weeks.
