Tofu
Ingredients
- 500g block of tofu
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup red wine (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
Method
Drain tofu and slice into 2cm cubes. Mix up marinade from remaining ingredients and allow tofu to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Drain the tofu and sauté in oil, browning lightly on all sides
