Tuna and White Bean Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 1 can cannelini or butter beans, drained
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- 250g cooked pasta (spaghetti, fettucine or penne)
Method
Boil pasta.
Heat olive oil in a frypan. Saute garlic (1 min). Stir in pepper flakes, tuna, beans and pesto. Heat through (3 mins).
Drain pasta and serve.
