5 eggs
225g grated juggery (solidified palm sugar can be bought at most Asian stores)
½ cup coconut milk
½ tsp of cinnamon powder
3 cardamom pods crushed
½ tsp of vanilla
Method
Method
• Add the cinnamon and cardamoms to the eggs and beat till combined well
• Add the scraped juggery and beat well
• Add the coconut milk and vanilla to the egg mixture and mix well with a spoon
• Steam for about 12-15 minutes and it is ready when an inserted knife comes out clean
