2024 Lexus Song Quest - Semi-Final 2 Performances
Finding the voices of tomorrow - welcome to the RNZ Concert live-broadcast of the second semi-final of the Lexus Song Quest starting at 6:30pm on Sunday 28 July 2024.

RNZ Concert presenter Clarissa Dunn is your host for this event on stage at St Andrew’s on The Terrace, Wellington.
Hear the second five of ten semi-finalists: sopranos Tayla Alexander and Felicity Tomkins, counter-tenor Austin Haynes, tenor Emmanuel Fonoti-Fuimaono, and bass Samuel McKeever compete for a place in the Grand Final, accompanied by pianist Terence Dennis.
Each singer performs two songs and after the interval their chosen aria.
Following that we will find out who will go forward to the Grand Final in the Michael Fowler Centre on 3 August.

The Lexus Song Quest Grand Final featuring the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra will be broadcast live-to-air on RNZ Concert and video streamed from 7:30pm on 3 August. There’s up to $92,000 in prizes up for grabs.
Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Dame Malvina Major, Jonathan Lemalu, Sol3 Mio’s Amitai Pati and Filipe Manu are all previous Lexus Song Quest winners who now grace the opera stages of the world.
