Amalia talks with Bryan Crump about the work, and how she prepares on the day of the performance.

"I like to do slow practice on concert day, just to feel really grounded and at one with my instrument."

"There's always a little bit of nervous flutter on the day of a concert but I also see it as excitement."

"Once I've done that slow practice, I also like to have salmon avocado sushi - that's my pre-concert food!"
