Tosca blows into Wellington
Conductor Tobias Ringborg conducts Puccini's opera Tosca from memory. The Swedish conductor says he knows Tosca intimately because he sang in it as a boy chorister. His favorite scene is Scarpia’s entrance. In this production for New Zealand Opera the role is brought to life thrillingly by New Zealand baritone Philip Rhodes.
