Canterbury ex-pat Phil Keoghan (host of US reality television show The Amazing Race) returns to Christchurch for the world premiere of his new film documentary, Le Ride, at the New Zealand International Film Festival.
Le Ride follows Phil and his friend Ben Cornell as they attempt to recreate the original route of the 1928 Tour de France.
The documentary was made as part of Phil’s determination to raise the profile of New Zealand champion biker Harry Watson, originally from Christchurch.
