A New Zealand artist has won the Melbourne Prize for Urban Sculpture 2017. Upbeat’s Australian correspondent Vincent O’Donnell sits down with Melbourne based Aucklander Daniel von Sturmer, whose work is installed in the plaza adjacent to Flinders Station in Melbourne.
