Composer Claire Scholes has been busy putting the finishing touches on a new commission for Arohanui Strings and Orchestra Wellington.

Her piece will be performed at the Walter Nash Stadium in Lower Hutt in May as part of a collaboration between SOUNZ Centre for New Zealand Music, Orchestra Wellington and Arohanui Strings - Sistema Hutt Valley.
