Sue Densem took over as musical director of the New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir in February 2019, not expecting that the second year of the 2019-2020 choir would be almost completely obliterated by Covid lockdowns.

Sue spoke to Upbeat about the joy of finally being able to give some concerts, and working with a famous alumnus of the choir, tenor Simon O’Neill, who'll be joining the choir for their Auckland performance.
