    Connecting people who love music and people who make music. 
    To mark the 75th anniversary of the NZSO, 10 New Zealanders were asked to choose a piece that sparks a strong emotional connection. 10 musicians from the NZSO give their own intimate insights into how that music works.
    (6) Emma Dias, a Year 12 violin student at Queen Mary College in Wellington chooses Passacaglia (after Handel) by Johan Halvorsen as a piece which has sparked an emotional connection. She explains how the music was first introduced to her by her teacher, NZSO violinist Gregory Squire.
