Members of parliament in Tuvalu will be voting in a secret ballot on Saturday morning to elect a new Prime Minister.
It comes after former Prime Minister, Saufatu Sopoaga lost a vote of no confidence on Wednesday by eight votes to six.
Nominations have not been made public, but it's expected that the opposition leader, Apisai Ielemia will a contender for the post.
The vote will be followed by the new Prime Minister's inauguration.
