The Tonga Government has issued a trading licence for the Taimi O Tonga newspaper to be distributed in the country.
It follows the Supreme Court ruling last week that two laws brought in to regulate the media were void.
The Auckland-produced Taimi has not been on sale in Tonga since the laws came into force, but its owners say it will be on sale there today.
