Tonga's Ministry of Health has recorded four new cases of dengue fever since the start of the year.
Radio Tonga reports the patients are from Kolofo'ou, Ma'ufanga and Kolomotu'a.
The health ministry's Dr Reynold 'Ofanoa says the public needs to work together to stop the spread of dengue fever, especially with the rainy season approaching.
He says it is important to clean breeding areas for mosquitoes and use mosquito protection.
