The two were patrolling with four soldiers from the United States when the bomb exploded in northeast Sinai province.
The Pentagon says the six soldiers, part of a Multinational Observer Force, were airlifted for treatment but had non-life threatening injuries.
The UN Mission to Sinai has been in force since 1979, when a peace treaty was signed between Israel and Egypt.
