Nauru's Roland Kun has had his case delayed until next month.
The opposition MP is seeking a review of the government's decision to seize his passport in June.
His case was due to be heard this week but Mr Kun's supporters says it is now set down for October the 19th.
Mr Kun is among several opposition MPs who are suspended from parliament in Nauru and at the centre of a dispute between Nauru and New Zealand.
