A magistrate in Fiji has re-set a date for the trial of a Fiji government minister involved in a fatal road accident.

Parveen Kumar Bala has been accused of dangerous driving occasioning death.
Mr Bala is alleged to have caused the death of Puna Chand in an incident near Teidamu in Lautoka more than two years ago, in November 2013.
A magaistrate in Lautoka Rangajeeva Wimalasena said the initial trial date of 28 and 29 June this year, announced last week, would be unsuitable for the court and moved it to the following week.
