Digicel Fiji has been given a 12 year licence to operate the Pay TV channel Sky Pacific.
The Communications Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says Digicel has been given a broadcasting licence, a spectrum licence and a special licence under the Media Industry Development Decree

Local advertisements and content are not allowed on any of the 24 hour channels except during disasters or with agreement from the free to air broadcasters.
The Sky Pacific operation has 24 channels.
Digicel reached agreement to buy Sky Pacific from Fiji TV in September last year.
