Figures released by France's National Assembly show that in the past year one member from French Polynesia has attended only one sitting.

Of the 577 members, one was never present.
The website recording parliamentary activity shows that Jonas Tahuaitu of the Tahoeraa Huiraatira Party asked no question and didn't take part in any committee work.
However, he signed 626 bids for amendments, presumably by proxy.
According to an entry from 2014, he has three staff.
Assembly members from France's overseas territories tend to be absent more often than their metropolitan colleagues.
