A Noble Representative in Tonga says the former Internal Affairs Minister should have lost his seat as well as his cabinet position.
This week Fe'ao Vakata was sacked after a complaint was laid against him for throwing a wine glass at a senior civil servant.

The Prime Minister said Mr Vakata lost control of his temper and his behaviour was unacceptable.
Lord Vaea says there seems to be a double standard at play.
"The ethics and the standard of behaviour of a Cabinet Minister seems to be unacceptable but he is accepted to be a Member of the House. The behaviour of a Cabinet Minister seems to be double standard. You can't behave like that but you can behave like that if you are a Member of Parliament."
