The Papua New Guinea Hunters are back in the top six for the first time since March after recording only their second away win of the season.
The defending Intrust Super Cup rugby league champions beat Souths Logan Magpies 18-6 at Davies Park to make it four wins on the bounce.
Coach Michael Marum was full of praise for his players after they secured a first away in three months.
"That's only our second win on the road so to get the win and move up the table into the top six that's really good to see,' he said.
"The boys are really excited about today's game and the previous three games that we won up there in Port Moresby and Lae.
"So for us it's climbing up the points table - we're going to get into the top six today. This is our first time after round one we were in the top six so that's really good to see.
"We understand we've got tough games coming up but we will celebrate tonight and then get back into some more work for our next game."

The Hunters winning streak has coincided with a vast improvement on the defence end, with the PNG side giving up only seven tries their last four games.
"I though our defence was really outstanding. It's good to see coming in towards the back-end of the year," said Marum.
"We had more focus on our defence in training and all the videos and everything before a game - we've been really reminding the players defence is a technique.
"By the time we get to game-day they boys are (prepared and ready for) defending our line."
The Hunters and Norths Devils have leapfrogged Sunshine Coast into fifth and sixth place on the competition ladder after the Falcons were beaten by Ipswich Jets.
PNG, who remain level on 24 points with the fifth-placed Easts Tigers, are on the road again this weekend away to Tweed Heads Seagulls.
