A Fiji chief Ratu Epenisa Cakobau has filed a fresh application for a restraining order against a police officer and a soldier.
This followed a raid in June when the Native Land Commission instructed the police to stop a bestowal ceremony because of an ongoing dispute over who should take the title.
Ratu Epenisa said the police officer stormed into his room armed with guns and without a search warrant and kidnapped him at gun point.
The chief said he has seen no remorse and fears they may return.
The officer said he had acted on the instructions of the Commissioner of Police.
Fiji Village said the case has been adjourned until September 10th.
