Guam's Governor says one more person has died from Covid-19, taking the number of deaths in the US territory to three.
An 81-year-old man is the third person on the island to die from the respiratory disease.
Lou Leon Guerrero said the man died at Guam Memorial Hospital at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday.
He was admitted to the hospital on March 26.
Pacific Daily News reported the governor said the man had multiple co-morbidities.
Overnight, the governor confirmed the US territory has 77 confirmed Covid-19 cases there.
She said out of 41 samples tested with conclusive results, 6 tested positive. Additionally, there are 2 more confirmed cases from Naval Hospital.
