The governor of Guam is considering tightening Covid-19 restrictions amid a new surge of Covid-19 cases.
Health authorities in the US territory reported 126 new Covid-19 cases and 27 hospitalisations on Tuesday night.
Lou Leon Guerrero said after consulting with public health officials, hospital executives and the Covid-19 response team she is considering additional limitations to social gatherings.
Earlier in the week Ms Guerrero said hospital admissions had almost tripled.
Guam has fought back two major Covid-19 outbreaks which caused 145 deaths and infected more than 10,000 people.
More than 100,000 people have been vaccinated and Ms Guerrero is urging those who have not yet been vaccinated to come forward.
She said most of those requiring hospital level care for Covid-19 are people who have not been vaccinated.
