Fiji's Government says face-to-face classes for Early Childhood Education (ECE) through to Year 7 will resume this Monday.
The children have been at home since April 2021 after a Covid-19 outbreak forced the schools to close.
Fiji's Health Secretary Dr James Fong said the vaccination of children under 12 remains a priority.
But he said sourcing the pediatric doses of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine is a challenge.
Fong said Year 12 and 13 students resumed classes in last October while those in Year 8 to 11 returned to school last month.
"It's not easy to access. The agents we use do not buy only for us, they buy for plenty of people to make it commercially sustainable for them. To make it useful for them to buy, they buy in millions and give us our portion," he said

Fiji's Acting Prime Minister and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said primary schools will now reopen on 7 February.
Speaking during the Lokgeet Competition at Maha Mariamman Temple in Ba last weekend, Sayed-Khaiyum said education was very important for the progress of any society.
He said there was risk everywhere in the world and people had to manage the risk.
Sayed-Khaiyum said the first step to address these risks was to get vaccinated.
"Parents of ECE to Year 7 students have been requesting for the opening of schools for these students," said Fiji's Education Minister Premila Kumar.
"This decision was taken after a lot of consideration and taking into account evidence, and discussions, as well as clearance from the Ministry of Health and Medical Services."
Kumar said they had been following student attendance for Years 8 to 13 since schools resumed a week ago.
"The need for all children to get back to school and for us to navigate a safe path back to ensuring a brighter future for our children needs to start now," she said.
